SILODOSIA 4D Capsules are a combination pharmaceutical formulation from Steris Healthcare, containing Silodosin 4 mg and Dutasteride 0.5 mg. Silodosin is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that helps relax the smooth muscles of the prostate and bladder neck. This action can improve urine flow and help relieve lower urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dutasteride is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that reduces the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). By lowering DHT levels, it can gradually reduce prostate volume and help improve urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate. The combination of Silodosin and Dutasteride provides complementary symptom and prostate-management effects and may be prescribed when combination therapy is appropriate. How to use
Take SILODOSIA 4D Capsules exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule. Because Silodosin is generally taken with food, follow your doctor's instructions regarding the timing of the dose and take it consistently each day. Do not change the dosage or stop treatment without consulting your healthcare professional.
Storage
