Medicine information
Uses & overview
R.S. IPRATROP 1.25 contains Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide, a combination of bronchodilators used for the management of certain respiratory conditions involving airway narrowing and breathing difficulty, as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Levosalbutamol is a short-acting bronchodilator that helps relax the muscles surrounding the airways, helping improve airflow. Ipratropium Bromide is an anticholinergic bronchodilator that helps reduce airway constriction and supports easier breathing. R.S. IPRATROP 1.25 is administered using a suitable nebuliser and should be used according to the dose and frequency recommended by your doctor. The combination is designed to provide bronchodilation and help manage symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath associated with airway obstruction. This medicine should be used as prescribed and is not a substitute for emergency medical care when severe or rapidly worsening breathing difficulty occurs.
