MIRAGRON S 25 Tablets are a combination pharmaceutical formulation from Steris Healthcare, containing Mirabegron 25 mg and Solifenacin 5 mg. Mirabegron is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that works by relaxing the bladder's smooth muscle, helping increase the bladder's storage capacity. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic medicine that helps reduce involuntary bladder contractions.
