R/C GLYCOPRESS F contains a combination of Glycopyrrolate and Formoterol Fumarate for inhalation. Glycopyrrolate is a long-acting anticholinergic bronchodilator that helps relax the airway muscles and keep the airways open. Formoterol Fumarate is a long-acting beta-2 agonist that helps relax the muscles around the airways, making it easier to breathe. This combination is primarily used as maintenance treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Regular use as prescribed may help improve airflow and control symptoms such as breathlessness, wheezing, coughing and chest tightness. R/C GLYCOPRESS F is intended for regular maintenance therapy and should not be used as a rescue medicine for sudden breathing problems unless specifically instructed by a healthcare professional. Use the medicine only at the prescribed dose and with the recommended inhalation device.
How to use
Use R/C GLYCOPRESS F exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If supplied as an inhalation powder, load the prescribed dose into the inhaler/device and inhale it using the technique demonstrated by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not swallow the powder or capsules intended for use with an inhaler. Use the medicine regularly at the same time each day, as directed. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. If you miss a dose, take/use it when you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not use a double dose to make up for a missed dose. R/C GLYCOPRESS F is a maintenance medicine and should not be relied upon for immediate relief of a sudden breathing attack. Keep your prescribed rescue inhaler available if your doctor has recommended one.
Storage
Store R/C GLYCOPRESS F in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children. Keep the inhalation powder in its original packaging until use and handle the inhaler/device according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use the medicine after its expiry date or if the packaging or device is damaged.
