How to use
Take 1 tablet of DILTIAZONE SR 120 once or twice daily, or strictly as prescribed by your cardiologist or physician. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the sustained-release tablet, as doing so destroys the controlled-release delivery mechanism. Try to take your medication at the same time every day with or without food. Do not stop taking the drug suddenly without consulting your doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Store at a controlled room temperature below 30°C. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
