DAPOXITIME STRONG is a combination pharmaceutical product marketed by Steris Healthcare, containing Sildenafil 50 mg and Dapoxetine 30 mg. These active ingredients work through different mechanisms to address two distinct male sexual health conditions. Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, supporting the ability to achieve and maintain an erection. Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI used in certain countries for the management of premature ejaculation (PE) in eligible adult men. It acts on serotonin signalling in the nervous system and may help improve control over ejaculation. The two ingredients act differently and may address separate symptoms. However, the combination is not suitable for everyone. How to use
Take DAPOXITIME STRONG only as prescribed by your doctor. Follow the approved product leaflet for the correct dose and timing. Do not take additional doses or combine this product with other erectile dysfunction medicines or antidepressants unless specifically advised by your doctor. Avoid alcohol because it may increase dizziness, impaired alertness, low blood pressure, and the risk of fainting. Inform your doctor about all medicines and supplements you take, especially nitrate medicines for chest pain, medicines affecting blood pressure, antidepressants, and other medicines that influence serotonin.
