Take Paracetamol, Phenylephrine HCl, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Ammonium Chloride and Menthol only according to the dosage and directions provided on the product label or as recommended by a doctor or pharmacist. If the medicine is in syrup or liquid form, measure the prescribed dose using the supplied measuring cup, spoon, or oral syringe. Do not use a household spoon because it may provide an inaccurate dose. Shake the bottle well before each use if instructed on the product label. Take the medicine at the recommended intervals and do not exceed the stated daily dose. Do not take an additional medicine containing paracetamol/acetaminophen without checking with a healthcare professional, as taking excessive amounts can cause serious liver damage. Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness or reduced alertness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing activities requiring concentration if you feel sleepy.
