STERIS DURA 20 by Steris Healthcare contains Tadalafil 20 mg, a medicine used to manage erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Erectile dysfunction is a condition that makes it difficult to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enzyme, helping relax blood vessels and improve blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Its effects can last longer than those of some other erectile dysfunction medicines, although individual responses may vary. Tadalafil 20 mg is generally prescribed for use when needed before anticipated sexual activity. Sexual stimulation is necessary for the medicine to work.
