SILODOSIA M 25 is a combination medicine marketed by Steris Healthcare, containing Mirabegron 25 mg and Silodosin 8 mg. Mirabegron is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes the bladder muscle during the storage phase. It helps increase bladder capacity and manage symptoms such as urinary urgency, frequent urination, and urge urinary incontinence.
