LONICAZOLE 20 is a topical antifungal formulation from Steris Healthcare containing Luliconazole Cream 1.0% w/w. Luliconazole belongs to the imidazole class of antifungal medicines and works by inhibiting the growth of fungi responsible for certain skin infections. LONICAZOLE 20 Cream is used for the treatment of susceptible fungal skin infections, including: Ringworm (Tinea corporis): A fungal infection that can cause circular, itchy, and scaly skin patches. Jock itch (Tinea cruris): A fungal infection affecting the groin and inner thigh areas. Athlete’s foot (Tinea pedis): A fungal infection commonly affecting the feet and the spaces between the toes. The cream should be applied externally to the affected area according to the prescribed dosage and treatment duration. Completing the recommended course is important, even if symptoms begin to improve earlier. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and other sensitive areas unless specifically directed by a healthcare professional.

Clean and thoroughly dry the affected skin area before applying LONICAZOLE 20 Cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and surrounding skin as directed by your doctor or the product leaflet. Wash your hands before and after application, unless the hands are the area being treated. Use the cream for the full prescribed duration. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes. Do not swallow the cream or apply it inside the body. If irritation develops or the infection does not improve, consult your healthcare professional.

Store LONICAZOLE 20 Cream according to the storage instructions printed on the product packaging. Keep the tube tightly closed and protect it from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Keep the medicine out of reach of children. Do not use the cream after its expiry date, and do not use it if the packaging or tube is damaged.
