Drinking alcohol is not known to interact strongly with this solution, as only small amounts of diclofenac are absorbed through the skin. The solution itself contains alcohol, so it is for skin use only and must never be swallowed. Limit drinking and consult your doctor.

Use this solution during pregnancy only if your doctor advises it. Diclofenac can be absorbed through the skin, and NSAIDs may harm the unborn baby, especially after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Do not self-medicate, and apply only the amount your doctor recommends.

Use this solution while breastfeeding only under medical guidance, as small amounts of diclofenac may pass into breast milk. Never apply it on the breast area where the baby may come into contact, and consult your doctor before starting.

This solution is generally unlikely to cause drowsiness because little of the medicine enters the blood. However, if you feel dizzy, sleepy, or unusually weak after using it, especially on large areas, avoid driving or operating machinery and consult your doctor.
